Davis DeWitt is a freelance creative engineer, bona fide Mythbuster, and occasional filmmaker based out of Los Angeles, California. Born and raised in Denver,  Davis attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins as a journalism and communications major. It was during this time at CSU that his focus shifted from a career in computer network engineering to photojournalism and eventually film.

Since then, Davis has made a name for himself in front of the camera as the electronics specialist on Motor Trend's new series Motor Mythbusters, in which he builds the world's first full-size remote control truck with nitrous; alongside co-hosts Tory Belleci, Bisi Ezerioha, and Faye Hadley.

Behind the camera, Davis' work has won him two awards in both cinematography and photojournalism with projects spanning the country and the globe. Notable examples include documenting the humanitarian work of the Invictus Initiative in Nicaragua, Kenya, and Ethiopia and spending two years touring with the internationally renowned drum and bugle corps, the Blue Knights.

So whether your project is in front of the camera or behind it, creative or technical, domestic or international, Davis has the experience and the tools to make it a reality.
